I think I'm allergic to chick peas

So I made some houmous with tinned chick peas olive oil garlic roasted peppers etc
The roof of my mouth and inside my ears are itching
It happens when I eat kiwi fruit too

Knock back a pint of boiling water and the itchiness will go away. Works every time.

I have the same thing it’s an allergy. I’m allergic to apples cherries and pineapples but get that thing with humus too funny enough

I usually fart after eating houmous...luckily they are not the silent ones that can strip the varnish off a footlocker. They always seem to be the very loud rip-roarers that never smell of anything...

I did some boring volunteering in a care home when I was about 15. Old people smell of stale piss which smells like fish.
I can’t go anywhere near fish of any description as a result of that.
I wouldn’t call it allergic but I’m sure I’d vomit if I even tried to eat some.

ES thinking about it I think it’s the pith on nuts that I have a reaction to as well. Rather than a specific type of nut it’s just when I eat nut pith
